Replacement of my 16 yo electric tank hot water heater by Joel and Willie today. They were kind, professional, thoughtful and demonstrated consistent respect and care for my home. I have been a long time customer of Robertson Electric. I have always impressed by their service. However, I want to commend them on exemplifying their values and commitment to community. Each December they offer a Warm Wishes program that gifts a heat pump and installation to a family in need of one. My service man made sure to bring the program to my attention. This year a family I nominated won this amazing gift after living more than a decade without heat or cooling. This has been life changing for them. I had a wonderful experience with Robertson electric. Willy was my technician. I was looking for a level 2 EV charger installation, more specifically a 14-50 plug for the charger. He helped with the estimate, he was flexible when my plans changed (the plug moving to the side of the house). He was lightning fast today! Also he helped me unpack and put together the charger (I had left it in the box). I am so wowed by this lovely experience.
