Friendly staff, yes. Family oriented. knowledgeable mechanics. Yes. If it has a motor I seen it there. I was told I needed a motor by a couple other places. I call R&J's by their location was near my Tahoe. "Rob " said drop it off and let me look at it. I was ready to order crate motor . Received phone call. To find out work I had done previously had put internal engine part in incorrectly. No motor needed. As far as honest. Hands down ABSOLUTELY.
