Excellent service unlike any other shop I've ever been to for example. They take pictures of what they find is wrong with your vehicle to prove there work. The manager Randy very polite and patient upon paying bill he went over everything they did and help guide my through there Snap finance company that helped me with my bill.
A personal computer generated diagnostic that leaves the guess work out as you are usually looking for the truth when that engine light comes on. I was taken by the service and care taken to this Jeep… and yea the truth hurts and I had to let her go, I am comforted knowing that she was cared for by the best! I highly recommend Annie’s, for your present and future diagnosis of this most important family member our transportation… you gotta have that service you can trust as you, down to the day you purchased new shoes!(tires!). Thanks Annie’s, you’re the best!
Towed my car in for no crank no start and the people at Annie's threw everything they could at it. They had specialists brought in, mechanics from other shops, even the owner took a look at it. In the end the car couldn't be fixed, but that was at no fault of the shop. They did everything they could and the customer service was fantastic.
My experience was great. I really appreciate Annie's auto assisting me with getting my car serviced within my availability. Also, they have wifi which allowed me to do my work on the computer. Thanks, and I look forward to service in the near future.
After reading the Annie's Auto website, I felt aligned with her family oriented philosophy. The staff at the Parma Heights location was delightful to interact with a personal touch vibe. The lobby was a comfortable place to relax in while getting my oil change. Coffee and wifi are available. The prices are reasonable and I will go back for any required maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you so much to the Annie's Auto family for meeting my needs and expectations. Delightful!
