Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center - Downtown Cleveland

I recently visited Rad Air for tires and general maintenance. The staff was professional and the work was done in a reasonable time. Everything seems to be working well so far, and the team explained the service clearly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’m not completely sure about the pricing—it felt a little higher than expected. Overall, it was still a good experience and I would consider coming back.

Was having issues with engine after entering downtown Cleveland. A coworker mentioned Rad Air. They were close so I dropped it off. Within a few hours they provided me a detailed update. The engine would need replaced. Not wanting to spend the 8 plus grand and wanting a second opinion they made my care ready to drive home. Took it to my trusted mechanic. Not only did they diagnose the car with the exact same issues. The estimate provided was almost dollar for dollar. Thank you Rad Air for the service and honesty.

Wonderful service. I took my car to Rad Air after I was having major transmission issues and they also scanned for other issues that other places missed before. I ultimately did not go with the service and got rid of the car, and they were very understanding and helpful. Paul at the front was amazing. He did not charge me for the scan after I decided to not do the service and even gave me some helpful suggestions. This was my first time taking my car to get serviced in a new city where I did not where to take my car until someone mention Rad Air to me and I am glad I went to them. Paul is absolutely amazing. Very responsive to any concerns. Great about setting timely appointments. Amazing about explaining repairs, especially for a person such as myself that does not have a lot of knowledge about cars. He is also very good about coming up with a plan for repairs when a vehicle needs extensive work. He is honest about critical repair needs versus repairs that can wait. Rad Air is well, just RAD. I moved to CLE a week ago and had tire issues as I rolled into town. I had to find a new car repair place in a new city and as if moving wasn't nerve wracking enough. Everything about Rad Air made this entire car (tire) issue easy! I called and talked to Paul (who is beyond amazing), told him my car issue and told him I just moved to town. He told me I could come right in and offered me a loaner vehicle so I could get done what I needed to that day. I arrived at Rad Air, downtown and the entire process was so simple.
