Sarah was extremely welcoming and could not have been more helpful! She informed me on all of the basics of buying new running shoes. Then, she watched me walk, looked at my shoes, and tailored the rest of my time at the store around the information she learned about my specific running style. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to running shoes. Highly recommend!
Worst experience I have ever had. I have spent money at this store multiple times and this time the man “ helping” me had clearly no time for trying new shoes. He wanted to give me the same shoe I had on my feet and I told him I wanted something new and he kept telling me “we don’t have that”, without offering suggestions to what would work. Absolutely will NOT go back

FANTASTIC customer service. I started training this spring for the Mankato marathon and after all the miles needed to replace my shoes. I couldn't remember the size but remembered buying them from river valley running a year or two back. I sent a message via facebook asking if they had any record of my size, not expecting to have that information, but received a very fast response with my size. They had my size in stock and mailed my shoes! Cheers to finishing the Mankato marathon next weekend in new shoes!
