They put in our irrigation system and had them come out a few times for little service things. Everytime was a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Broke our sprinkler, said it wasn't them. Our sprinkler worked before they aerated and it was broken after they were done--but they are CERTAIN it wasn't their equipment and insist we pay for the repair.

I have been with Greencare for over a decade. This is the first time I have found a discrepency in their service. I asked for a service for the whole yard, assumed I was paying for the aeration of the front yard, then was told NO NO NO, only for the front yard. The temp in the office seem to argue that I should not be concerned about it. Who is she to tell me that I should be concerned about a service I thought I was paying but not getting. Very disconcerting!!!
