Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I was asked to leave a review of the service techs performance. If it's good, he gets $20. After he left, and the salesman came out. I was informed differently then what was explained to me. I long excepted service, because I was told that the services preformed could be applied toward an upgraded furnace. Even if its toward the fall. I asked specifically, because the repairs were quite expensive. I didn't get to see the failing parts. So, no photos.

Our furnace quit working and Right Now Plumbing and Heating responded quickly after we emailed them the night before. They were prompt on arriving on time. Our technician was well informed on what needed to be done to get us heat back into our home. He let us know of the upgrades that he suggested but wasn't offended when we decided to just have the furnace repaired at this time. He worked quickly and efficiently Thank you for the great service.

Excellent experience! I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed I did. We had an emergency plumbing issue at our business and this was the only plumber I contacted that made it a priority. They were there within the hour even though they were busy that day. The receptionst was very friendly and kind and the plumber was very respectful and kind as well. He did a great job with communication and even took time to look at our sink at my request... in addition to the service he urgently responded to. I believe Joel was our plumber, so easy to work with and very personable...Thank you for helping us! Everyone was great!!
