Proline provided exemplary service. Technicians were professional, timely, and very knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving water heater issues. I greatly appreciate Adam taking the time to explain, in detail, issue diagnostics and associated costs to remedy the problem. I will definitely be using Proline for all future services!

I don’t know much about plumbing, but Proline Plumbing made everything so easy for me! My water heater wasn’t working, and they were so sweet and patient explaining what was going on in simple terms I could actually understand. They were professional, efficient, and really good at what they do. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was stress-free. I really appreciated how kind and professional they were. All of the suddenly the pressure at my house kept dropping and dropping , called Proline and they were able to get a Tech the next day . Tech advised me that my Pressure Regulator went bad and will need to be replaced . After installing a new one the pressure went back to normal . Fast / Reliable 10 out of 10
