Nothing but good things to say about this company we called them out for a furnace problem. I'm a renter and the landlord called out a different company , the repairs they said it needed didn't sound right so she allowed me to call advanced. Donny came out and worked until almost 8 pm ..the furnace didn't need any expensive parts it just needed a cleaning. I appreciated how he explained everything and cleaned up afterwards . Donny definitely knows what he is doing !
Not your typical raving review. My house was built during Covid. This is the first time I’ve lived in a newer home and I expected things to simply work. I was very wrong! Plumbing, finish work and lastly the air conditioning system, all had issues. Most of these things I took care of on my own but with the air conditioning(full mini splits on both levels) I didn’t dare mess with it. I contacted Advanced Heating and Cooling. They were the original installers. I was skeptical that getting assistance with a system a few years out was going to go well but to my surprise they have been incredibly responsive. They have quickly corrected all issues with my installation. The techs have been professional and great to work with. I will use Advanced Heating and Cooling without hesitation in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone was polite, patient and they were quick to respond. The guys that did the work were awesome. They did a great job and everything was left neat and clean. They explained what I needed to do to keep it maintained, etc. Customer service is excellent!
This service was performed at my granddaughters house. They were able to go same day I called. Heat wave going on and with 3 hot and sad children she was so grateful for the prompt service. Everyone happy now. Great work by tech in identifying and fixing problem. Been a customer myself for years.
