Plumbing Solutions of Idaho was so great to work with. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through it. I really appreciated that. What makes them different from other plumbers is how thorough and respectful they are. It never felt rushed or transactional. The technician was clean, efficient, and left everything looking better than when they arrived. My sewer was backed up and I couldn't use any water in my house. I called a few places but Plumbing Solutions were going to be the quickest to arrive and on the same day. Drew came out and gave a great price! 1/3 of what I paid 5 years ago when it last backed up so I agreed and they had it done quick. They tested it out and showed a video going down the pipe to show it was now running great. I have a couple dogs and cats which they petted and loved. They were nice and friendly and respectful while here. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first in the future for any plumbing needs.

Can't say enough good things about this company! My water heater died and Plumbing Solutions was able to come out the next day to look at it. Drew inspected everything and was very upfront about the work that needed to be done. He gave me three repair options with prices and was able to install the same day. I was impressed when the amount i paid was the amount I was quoted. I mean literally down to the penny. There weren't any "surprises" that "had" to be fixed and there was no up-sell, no trying to talk me into more upgrades, etc. Drew was very to the point and matter of fact with everything.
