I called Frank over my lunch break when I realized something was wrong with my refrigerator. He was very polite over the phone. I appreciated his patience while I called to coordinate plans with my husband. Frank came by later that afternoon, arrived a minute early, and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes! In my opinion, the pricing was reasonable— I didn’t have to buy a new fridge or replace any groceries. Everything is running perfectly. Worth every penny!
