Visiting from Canada and my son got his phone wet, Charles took care of me right away. Super friendly and polite. Showed me what the issues were and gave me options to resolve the issue. Was out the door with a smile in 20 min. Excellent customer service.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rhema Cellular Solutions in Saint Petersburg is unlike any other phone repair shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve now brought my phone there twice, and both visits were outstanding. Not only did I receive excellent service and great discounts, but I also felt like I was dealing with someone who truly cares about people. The owner brings his deep faith into every part of his work. He calls it “the Lord’s business,” and it’s clear he means it ~ he gives all credit to God for his skill, speed, and success. He doesn’t even wear glasses, saying the Lord works through his hands, and watching him in action you can see the confidence and dedication in every move. He’s fast-thinking, fast-talking, and fast-working ~ yet careful, precise, and absolutely committed to quality. This isn’t just phone repair, it’s a reminder that integrity and spirituality can guide a business. What a phenomenal person and place! I truly wish him all the blessings he so clearly deserves.
This is THE only place to get your phone repaired. Initially, I went elsewhere since it was closer to my work- they couldn't do anything. Versus coming here. They had my phone apart and repair started within about 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, fully repaired, working, nominal charge. Family run. Really good guys. Honest, no excuses. Easy to find them, easy to get in, easy to get out. Anywhere else is a waste of time.
STOP looking!!! No point in wasting your time calling around hoping to find the best deal around... or even thinking... Can I "really" trust these guys with my device? The answer is Yes. You can trust they will take care of your cell issue in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. The best part is, you will be happy that you went to them and not someone else. I don't hand out 5 Star reviews very often. My history shows that. I am a firm believer that 5 Stars has to be earned. Rhema did that within 24hours. I trust these guys. They know what they are doing. I know what you might be thinking... 24 hours? Well, my issue was not just a cracked iPhone screen which they could have taken care of on the spot. Mine was a water-damaged Pixel. So parts had to be ordered. They fixed my phone back to its previous state and no information was also lost. YEAAA! Cellular Solutions is in the business name....
