Noah was very efficient and careful as he tended to cleaning and oiling our grandfather clock. He was also able to remove a clock from the home which needed to go to the shop with great care! Thank you Noah and Team!
Noah came out to provide maintenance on a 10 year old Ridgeway Grandfather clock. Noah was on time and completely disassembled the clock mechanisms, cleaned and lubricated all parts. He did a great job!! The clock is running great. As a 1st time grandfather clock owner, Noah gave me some pointers on the clock. I highly recommend Noah and Suburban Clock in Berea.
Family owned small businesses are awesome! I have used the good people at Suburban for many repairs. Most recently they repaired a leather watch band and did not even charge me as the repair could not be guaranteed. Great people / great service!
I have a vintage Coca Cola electric wall clock. It needed service and Suburban Clock fixed it at a reasonable price , and with friendly service. Highly recommend!
After almost 18 months and many trips to Berea, my clock appears to be working correctly. I was persistent with my complaints and they continued to respond respectively. It was a long journey, and I still give the shop 5 stars because they admitted the clock was not repaired correctly in the beginning. Owning the truth is good business.
