Not good I was working with Dawn. I have never had such a difficult and unprofessional experience. I had to request off work early to meet with her last Monday. She said she forgot and we rescheduled for Wednesday. Left work early again Wednesday and she showed up late. She took measurements and said she would get me a proposal the following day. Well… it’s Monday night and still no word. She lost my business. I got someone else to quote me already to put in my 600 ft of privacy fence. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Valley Custom Fence exceeded our expectations in so many areas! Jim and his team were always flexible and quick to respond and when we changed our minds about our design plans. Jim came to my property multiple times to ensure measurements were accurate and was friendly and had suggestions for us to consider. We ended up going with a painted black aluminum fence to match our deck, and it is gorgeous! Even on a hot, humid day, his team did an exceptional job and completed the task in one day. Our dogs approve and we are so happy!
