If I could give 6 stars, I would. We had a sewer backup yesterday and I called Cedar Creek who had just inspected my septic system before buying the house. Within the hour, Justin and his crew of Brian and Jarred were at my house digging. They quickly ruled out the septic system (since they had just pumped and inspected it a month prior) and grabbed a camera to find out there was a small blockage in my cast iron sewer main between the septic system and my house. All 3 gentlemen were respectful and professional and shared their knowledge of my system so that I could learn and maintain it properly. I highly recommend Cedar Creek for their experience, timeliness on short notice and overall customer service. Outstanding working with them! I can't forget to mention Gabby either as she was also very professional, respectful and helpful over the phone in setting up the crew!

Gabbie was diligent and on time with her communications after we both figured out what information was needed to start my process. I was on the schedule quickly even though I had a tight schedule on my end. Jared came earlier than expected. He got to work right away. I thought he was going to be all by himself. The lawn where he dug never looked disturbed after he was finished. The pumping was lightning quick. In the blink of an eye the truck was gone. Justin did the interior inspection with foot coverings that kept my tan carpet clean. All in all a very pleasant experience. I still have some loose ends to tie up post inspection, but great job overall. 👏
