Nathan and Tysen were great in assessing and guiding through the entire process. From the initial inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to overseeing the crew that did the work. They were responsive and easy to get a hold of, and I never felt like they were trying to hurry off somewhere. The project itself was done great, and would definitely recommend them.
We are so happy with our new roof and gutters. Mr. Troy Jarrett really made the whole experience smooth and easy. His attention to detail during the inspection and his communication as a direct line to the agent were very impressive. The crew replaced our roof and gutters in one day and the clean up was spotless
Very disappointed, I had/have a leak in mid July and called a few places, Jesse from Restore Roofing was the first to return my call. I was very happy he was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday, to help me out. When he arrived and assessed the situation he said he would be able to do a quick fix on the leak for around $150, but he felt strongly that I had hail damage and would be able to file a claim with insurance to replace the roof. I said well that would be great. He even helped me make the call and file the claim. Over the next few weeks, things went back and forth with the insurance company, all the while he is assuring me it will get handled and all the while my roof is still leaking when it rains. The last contact I had was 2 weeks ago when I spoke with Jesse again and told him the insurance company was requesting more information, he again assured me ‘they would get me taken care of’. I haven’t heard from him since, he is not responding to messages and not returning my calls. I have never written a negative review for anything, but this has been such a nightmare I felt I had to.
In response to Nathan, Jesse was not working independently, he placed a sign for your company in my yard and you even came to my house with Jesse. I already have someone else coming to help me, so I no longer need your services or lack there of, and I understand that you want to try and say what you can on Google to make it sound right and that your company handled this professionally, but I want to be clear that neither Jesse or you as the owner did. If Jesse has stepped away, you should’ve personally reached out to the clients he was working with to ensure they were taken care of (before they left a Google review)
Edited again, in response to your edit…you are still simply trying to save face on a bad google review. You tried once to call me, and all other ‘communication’ has been here, not for me but for others who may be reading. You did not offer a refund in a phone call to me, and no refund is necessary because no work was done. No temporary repairs were made, my roof continues to leak, even though I asked multiple times for a repair. I have not contacted you because I have no need to any longer, I don’t need anything else from you. I just want others to know what could happen before doing business with you. Again, your best move would’ve been to apologize for allowing things to be handled so poorly instead of making excuses and trying to put this back on me.
Edit: again, I have no reason to communicate or reach out to you at this point. You have nothing to offer to fix the lack of communication on your end, you only reached out after reading my review, which was too late. I only posted the review so others could be made aware of how my situation was handled. And your responses have done nothing but try to blame me and the insurance company. When all I was looking for was help and communication from your business, never was there any mention of this being a ‘side’ job, including when you were at my house, or when your sign was placed in my yard, or when YOU said how much you would appreciate me spreading the word on social media and Google review about your business.
