They are awesome! I had a clog at like 4pm and they were able to come out even though it was the end of the day and get it taken care of. They also got me set up with a new toilet quickly. Alex was great with my cats too :) they’re a nosy bunch.
Hunter was awesome. I had a hot water heater replaced, and he didn’t just come in and stop with that. He walked through all the options available and gave me all the information for me to make the best solution for my needs. He so personable that you didn’t feel like you have a stranger in your house, you felt more like you had a friend over helping out. Highly recommend him and Lutz Plumbing.
Really please with Lutz Plumbing's customer service. They were able to get Jakob out same-day (which was a big deal since we turned our main water line off). Jakob was professional, friendly, and diligent. He did a great job fixing our problem. Highly recommend!
Called Lutz Plumbing on a NextDoor recommendation and was very pleased. Scott and Cameron came out the next day and completed the work (replaced leaking valve to the sprinkler system and installed new turnoff valves in laundry room). They were very professional and the work was done neatly. Highly recommended.
