Mitchell was amazing. He came over and did a very thorough assessment. He found damage on the garage door, gutters and roof. He showed up promptly when the insurance adjuster came out. After I sent him their assessment he immediately caught something they forgot to add that he did point out. We got that corrected. He said he would come out again even if it got appealed three times. He acts as your attorney in a way. He gave us multiple options. We have State Farm and they are supposed to be one of the toughest but he was able to get us the support we needed to get the claim approved. He even helped me put the claim in so it was worded correctly so we didn't fall into any loopholes. The roof looks amazing. I think they did a great job!
