They replaced my furnace in less than 24 hours from the initial inspection — which was incredibly impressive, especially during cold weather. Artic Air did a tremendous job replacing my entire main level HVAC System including Furnance, AC Coil and AC Condensor. My experience started with Chris Rotante, Sales, who came out to the house for a free estimate. He spent over an hour reviewing my existing setup and comparing to the ductwork capacity of the home to determine the best replacements. He suggested we upgrade the size of the furnace and the AC to better match the ductwork capacity. Fredrick Akeridge from Arctic Air Conditioning was extremely professional and friendly. He explained the different options and pricing that were available to me. Frederick did an exceptional job rebuilding the inner guts of the toilet. I could not ask for more. Also a shout out to the office worker (sorry I did not catch her name) who arranged the appointment in lightening speed. All around it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to use Arctic services in the future.

I had a total HVAC replacement. Furnace, AC, and water heater. Eugene Tugai was the head technician and he and his crew of 3 others was excellent. They were very neat and proficient while installing everything. Each one worked on a particular task and was very professional. At the end of the job everything was swept up clean. All of the old equipment was removed and hauled away. I am very happy with the service and results of the installation. I am usually very critical of the quality of service because I was a technician for over 35 years (not in HVAC) so I guess my expectations are high. 30 degrees. 2 HVAC SYSTEMS DOWN. Came right away. An awesome experience. Love the pricing. So amazing I had him quote me a price to replace water heater! 2/19. Water Heater replaced 75 gallons on the third floor, they did an excellent job thank you Joseph Sinagra
