I bought a necklace and bracelet set which came defective and now the store is refusing to pay for the shipping so they can fix the set. Poor quality and horrible customer service.

Fake diamonds but you will find at least 2 AMG cars in front of the store
0/5 stars for this place. I sent my son’s initial necklace for repair and when I went to pick it up they told my husband that they fixed it but he didn’t come in with the charm. They gave us back the chain and tried recharging us $100+ for a initial pendant that came with the necklace. I saw the chain before i sent it in, why would i send it with no pendant??? They scammed us 100% and they would not admit to it. Do not come here!!!! Follow up after response: Why would i take time out of my busy schedule to write a review and respond to this in the first place??? I physically put the chain with the pendent in the bag. When asked ti see the camera footage of the repair, you guys only showed a picture of the chain lined up with several other chains, not of the item in the bag we brought it. You guys either dropped the pendent or took it from us and i refuse to let other people get scammed by your terrible service.
Now these people are thieves. I bought my son a $200 chain from this place, he ripped it off himself so I took it to get repaired because they said it was free. I put the chain and A letter pendant in a ziplock bag and handed it over. To my surprise when I arrived the next week they said I only took the chain. They also provided a picture of my chain and a bunch of other chains getting repaired and used it as proof to say I only took the chain when I know I brought them the A pendant and chain. It would make no sense for me not to bring it when the whole point is to get it repaired. Long story short they refuse to take responsibility for stealing the pendant that I bought from them, and now they want to charge me $100 for a new one when the chain itself was $200. Thieves.
