I’ll cut to the chase…the owner of this PC repair shop, Scott, repaired my massive software issues in one day’s time. I picked it up the next day for $150. So I think it was $50 for each hour plus $50 for the reinstallation process on windows 11 and all of the necessary driver updates. I’m very new to PC, a month old, and I thought I destroyed my own Pc from going down a rabbit hole. It’s a learning process for sure. PC has ran perfect/had no issues since the repair.

I dropped my laptop and damaged the corner, which in turn caused my display to eventually become unusable. Scott ordered the parts and repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, it looks like I have a whole new laptop. Great customer service and communication, very happy with the service I received. 10/10 would recommend.
