In August 2025 I chose to work with Reigel Plumbing and Heating to install a new Furnace with a bypass humidifier and Air Conditioning system. It was a pleasure working with Alex and Ethan at Reigel. Alex came in to bid the job and brought forward some beneficial ductwork modifications for better air flow and consistent temperature from room to room. Alex did an excellent job explaining everything and fielding my questions from the start to finish on my project. Ethan was the tech whom installed my system and did an excellent job designing the ductwork system. He was punctual, kind, curious, clean, efficient, as well as ingenuitive and knowledgeable of his craft. There again any questions I had, Ethan was more than happy to answer. I found this team knowledgeable and Reigel a company that communicates well with each other as well as with their customer. It is now December 2025; I have worked this system through all its paces of heating, cooling, even temperatures throughout the home and humidification. I can say I am truly pleased with this system and Reigel Plumbing and Heating.
