Tried to get someone to come out for an estimate and the receptionist calls up and expects me to just be at home with no appointment scheduled and not need time to get home. Wanted to send a crew out to do the work not some one to answer questions for multiple possible projects. Scott came out Friday and was great, answered all my questions. Told me I could open the wall and let them know they weren't booked more then three days out. Sunday before opening the wall I noticed the leak was worse got the wall open and called Monday told id get a call back to schedule, called Tuesday told id get a call back. Haven't heard back in over a week. I fixed the issue myself and have another plumber coming for the other Job.

The workers were polite, however, they drove 20 minutes to my house and back, spent less than 20 minutes installing a wrong rubber ring in my faucet and some sealant on my sink and billed me for 1.5 hours instead of the hour it should have been. I called about the bill, they said they’d look into it. A month later they just sent me the same bill again with no explanation on the extra half hour. I also had to take extra time off work so they could come and fix the mistake they made with the rubber ring on the faucet, since they wanted to be in the area and wouldn’t make a special trip. For what they charged me I could have bought a new faucet and installed it myself instead of fixing the old one.

I only write reviews when disappointed or impressed. I am impressed beyond belief with the work that was done and the response time. Anyone that has a sewer back up understands time is important and these guys are the ones to call. Other important thing was the leg work done by Scott to save me money was again really impressive and I even called to thank both him and his staff on a job well done. Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do I will call them in a heartbeat.
