Frustrating and Overpriced Experience with Refrigeration Plus LLC In December 2024, I contacted Refrigeration Plus LLC for a quote to remove Freon from nine units. They provided a straightforward quote of a $60 truck charge plus $110 per hour, estimating about two hours. On December 30, a truck arrived with three technicians and only one working Freon removal unit. Two technicians were clearly inexperienced, appearing to be in training, which I initially assumed was standard. The on-site work took two hours and 38 minutes, yet I received a shocking bill of $953.65—nearly triple the quoted amount. The bill explicitly included “labor helper/training” charges of $110 per hour for each of the two inexperienced technicians, meaning I was charged for their training. After months of disputes, I finally received a corrected bill on August 28, 2025, but the process was exhausting and unacceptable. The lack of billing transparency and the prolonged fight to resolve it make it impossible to recommend Refrigeration Plus LLC.

Nikolai was great! He repaired my dryer drum not turning and even went above and beyond by cleaning out my vents for me. The cost was very reasonable and I will call on them again if I have another issue. Very happy with their professionalism and service!
