Skyler was incredibly helpful. He diagnosed my dryer issue quickly. He was proactive and brought what he thought would result in my dryer being fixed to the appointment. He able to fix the issue and was very professional. Highly recommend!!!
Cameron was great, fast, and honest with his diagnoses. Scheduling with Dakine is always easy and the text updates make it easy to keep up with the service tech. We had to have the heating element replaced. Unfortunately, Cameron did not have one on his truck, but was able to reschedule a visit on the spot. I'll keep returning to Dakine.
Absolutely a pleasure to have them come out. I booked online over the weekend, they were able to come Tuesday afternoon to diagnose a Samsung refrigerator repair. I had already replaced many of the components and was stuck troubleshooting. Teylor was fantastic and helped diagnose and helped me find the part number to repair myself. Second time I've had them come out for appliances, I'll continue to recommend them and use them.
Skyler did a terrific job! I had pre-diagnosed what was wrong with my dishwasher and he confirmed it in minutes. It was an expensive part of my dishwasher of course but he was able to get it discounted a bit. The best part was his flexible schedule, I really could only be home 1 more day that week & he made it so he could come back the day I was going to be home. The actual repair only took him 40 minutes and boom! no more manual dishes!
