Our Company has used many appliance repair technicians and we found a gem in Steve. His knowledge is so far above your typical tech and we trust him completely. On top of that, he’s honest in his diagnoses and recommendations, and quick to respond.
Our Whirlpool washing machine recently stopped working, so we called Steve to schedule a repair. When we connected, he asked a few questions about what was going on with the machine and let us know that, for the machine we have, Whirlpool currently has a recall and is offering free repairs for the issue. We really appreciated Steve's recommendation to give Whirlpool a call because they did, indeed, fix the issue for free and now the machine is back up and running! Thank you, Steve, for being so ethical and honest!! We will definitely be calling Steve for future appliance repair needs!

If you are in need of a repair on an appliance, please call Red Van. You will get EXCELLENT service. I called Steve to see if he could fix a problem with the ice maker in the frig. Other repair companies just wanted to replace expensive parts. Steve took the time to look at the problem thoroughly and determined the problem was not with thr ice maker but another issue. He is so knowledgeable and thorough... You won't find better!
