Highly recommend hiring Vadim/Bee Appliance. He is incredibly kind and helpful, and very responsive. He helped diagnose our dryer issues and helped with the installation process. And he was very kind with our dog which is an added bonus. Would hire again!
Vadim is a pro. Calling just this morning, he was able to squeeze us onto his schedule for an oven repair (he had a cancellation). He was efficient, knowledgeable, and provided fair pricing. He also left the rest of our kitchen just as he found it, so we can resume life in our busy home (with young children). Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with Vadim and would definitely hire him again for our future appliance needs. Our microwave was on the fritz and he responded to my request for help within a matter of minutes and came to take a look that very same morning. He was able to figure out what was going on with our microwave and let us know that the service fee he from today would go towards helping with installation of a new microwave if we choose to go that route. His prices were very fair (especially when compared to other local companies) and he was punctual, professional, and friendly. We would definitely recommend him to others.
Excellent customer service, Vadim explained what was going on with our dryer and repaired it on the spot. We had a dryer that wasn’t putting out any heat so he changed the heating element, five fuses, and even did some additional work for free. He gave me recommendations on whether or not we should buy a new one or have this one repaired because it’s an older whirlpool. Highly recommend! Five stars!
