Although I ultimately chose a different company for the replacement, that decision came down to specific circumstances—not the quality of service I received from AAA. Jeremiah G & Sam B were, very professional but also very friendly explaining exactly what they were going to do and what it would cost. After they had completed the work they explained what exactly had happened to my clogged toilet. My appointment was scheduled for noon and the company and Jeremiah and Sam kept me up to date on their ETA often. I really appreciated that!
