Blown away by the professionalism, customer service and timeliness! The team that helped disassemble our 900 square foot cooler was so great. They repaired another very large cooler us too. I will definitely use them again!
Absolutely thrilled with the service from Oztek! After dealing with another company that couldn’t figure out the issue with our cold table and eventually gave up, we called Oztek—and wow, what a difference. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem with ease, and had everything up and running in no time. Keith and Julian were not only incredibly skilled, but also kind, professional, and just genuinely awesome to work with. If we had called them first, we wouldn’t have been stuck with broken equipment for three weeks. Lesson learned—Oztek will be our first call from now on. Highly recommend!
