I had booked an appointment with them and they never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t going to show up. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. They must be doing well enough as a business to blow off potential sales/customers, but they won’t be getting mine.
You have to hound this company (for us it was 4 separate requests across several months) to complete the actual work that their technicians recommend. When you finally get them to come out, they certainly can't come within the specified time frame, and later blame the customer for the incompetence of the business. This has happened on multiple occasions. Avoid!
Red Rock Mechanical has replaced our hot water heater and gas furnace, installed a whole house humidifier and done some smaller plumbing jobs including an emergency where they showed up about 90 minutes after my call. All good work no problems. They are always courteous, efficient and happy to share knowledge when I ask maintenance questions. They are my go-to HVAC outfit. Good guys. Shout out to Kurt and Eric, founts of knowledge and good HVAC advice.
We hit the Heat Pump installation lottery with Doug and his team over at Red Rock Mechanical! Had it installed last week, just in time for the 100+ degree day we are having and we couldn’t be happier! In fact, last night, our three year old asked me to “move the sun to make it warmer” because he thought it was chilly in the house!
