Randy went out of his way to help me on easter Sunday when our septic backed up into our basement while my partner was away. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the visit. As he worked, told me a lot about our septic system that I didn't know, and identified the issue (another company that came by agreed with Randy's assessment later). He unfortunately couldn't fix it as it was out of his purview, but he gave me details about which companies could, and which of those he'd recommend. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok and had gotten help with my issue, which I really appreciated.

Honestly Randy was awful. he was very hard to get a hold of. Seldom did he return our calls and when he did show up in the winter he brought the wrong drill bit for his auger and stopped the job before even starting, said he would “come back another day” and literally ghosted us. Never came back, never made a follow up appointment to make it right, frankly it was unprofessional and insulting. We were never able to contact him or make a follow up appointment again, so he left our family without any help I would avoid Randy at all costs. -Georgia Vermont.
