Energy Co-op of Vermont

I came home early Friday afternoon to a frigid home and it took me a minute to realize my furnace wasn’t working. It was a single digit temperature day! I called the co-op and within one hour I had someone at my home. That was the first impressive part of my story. The second was the gentleman who fixed my furnace. His name was Tucker. He was polite and considerate asking if I wanted him to take his shoes off!! He explained everything he was doing , most times twice as I didn’t understand and did so patiently. He took care of the problem and verified what he had done worked. I enjoyed chatting with him and respected his calm and professional demeanor. I am very grateful for your support and service You turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a very tolerable -I almost want to say pleasant but that would be weird- event. Thank you all and thank you Tucker!

I woke up at 5am Christmas morning to no heat in my home. I called the emergency line and Carole answered the phone on 1 ring. She was very pleasant. The service technician called me back within 5 minutes and was extremely pleasant for having been woken up at that hour on Christmas morning. I believe his name is Jacob. He arrived at my house within the hour. He was very pleasant , courteous and professional, he explained everything and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. My boiler was up and running again before 7:30am. I am grateful for their speedy and courteous service.

We had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed today and couldn’t be happier! The team did an amazing job—clean, efficient, and very respectful of our home and property. They maintained a spotless workspace throughout the project and were so friendly and personal to work with. Special thanks to Bobbi, who was absolutely wonderful! Richie was super communicative when arranging everything! Highly recommend Energy Co-op of Vermont for anyone considering a heat pump installation.
