We recently moved into a home and were looking for a different pest company to routinely service us as the one the previous owners used was overpriced. We've been with Recon about a year. They are a knowledgeable, reasonably-priced company that always checks before an appointment if there are any specific issues we want them to address on top of the routine prevention work. Last fall, their employee Daryl provided excellent service. We were have a fly issue with no seeable cause. Our home and property are very clean. We explained to Daryl the last treatment didn't work, and the size of our issue. 45 minutes later he returned to our door to explain he searched our entire property and found that the source was a drain hole on our property edge. He took care of that problem and within weeks we were finally back to normal. We appreciate a company that hires someone like Daryl, a problem solver who goes above and beyond.
