We recently moved into a home and were looking for a different pest company to routinely service us as the one the previous owners used was overpriced. We've been with Recon about a year. They are a knowledgeable, reasonably-priced company that always checks before an appointment if there are any specific issues we want them to address on top of the routine prevention work. Their service was phenomenal! We had someone come out for sightings of mice. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped lay additional traps while also looking at the property. I also like how they automatically set up a 7 day follow up appointment and monthly appointments from there. Thank you Recon!
