Pratt keeps us bug free! Our tech Owen is very professional courteous respectful and kind. Office is always very helpful and pleasant. Great company!

Jeff was wonderful. He answered all my questions and suggested wonderful solutions. Long story short- he determined I didn’t really need any services from Pratt- and that I could take care of my situation on my own. How awesome is that??! He drove all the way to my home, was probably able to tell I was inexperienced in what was going on, and still didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Didn’t charge me a dime! You gotta love that kind of honesty and integrity. Now- if down the line a genuine concern arises you can bet I’ll be calling Pratt!!

Very professional, kind and thorough. Peyton talked me through the issues and gave me options for solutions to each issue. I felt comfortable following his advice and felt like he cared that things were done right.
