Super pleased with this transaction. The speed of the transaction was surprisingly fast and customer service was helpful to me as well. Sending in your iPhone couldn't be easier because they create a QR code you get scanned at the post office.

At first I was skeptical about selling my phones since I had never done this before. This company received my package today and just emailed me with my quote and sent me the monies via PayPal. Transaction was very fast and they were very great with prices. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company if your looking to make some cash from cell phones that are laying around.

I feel three stars is being generous giving them three stars from my experience so far. First time I've ever used them and definitely the last time. It states that they will inspect your device that next day once they receive it and then they will email you once they finish their inspection. About 5 days after they received the phone I sent to them they finally checked it out. I had tried to contacting them checking on it and never got a reply. They finally sent an email which had a counter offer on a Tuesday and i responded to them and still have not heard back and this is now Monday the following week.

Great service to sell old phone. Quick response and better prices than what Apple buys back. Device inspection/Payment is fast. Process: I filled out the form on their website with the details of my phone, the system automatically gave me a quote and emailed me a shipping label. I dropped off the phone at the post office and received payment 1 business day after phone was delivered to them.
