Looked at my drone, they realized I had my blades on backwards. Fixed for me in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Thank you so much you Made my 13 year old very happy.

Bird is BACK in the Air... well, a new one! Thanks to your team.... So I'm was skidish to order online but my bird was down, busted gimbal....Jons'ing to get back in the air....just needed the drone.....so, I put in the order (hesitant, cause I like to talk to someone first)....but I made the plunge.... Meanwhile....I've been traveling from MD to NC so my ISP footprint was up north (who knows...right??) , but I ordered a new Mini2 from NC....this evidently "raised a flag" for them for additional verification. (Other than copy of credit card and drivers license, what, are are mad!! No way!!!) BUT They agreed to other cool forms of verifying it was in fact me (only one me man!!) .... Well, that's what I needed for sure...something that shows this ain't some fly by night (faa rules there btw) business. Giving your CC# with Driver's license is sketchy anyway....but using the other forms....super cool...Thank you for that added security !! Gotta say...I lost a day getting my drone, but man am I confident in doing business with them again because ig the attention to details (business ones)... Safe, easy and delivering exceptional service!! Killa Cheers to y'all! Dave
