i got my iphone 11 lcd (whole front screen panel) changed no more than 5 months ago because the screen was shattered when i got it from a friend. the phone was in perfect condition otherwise. we came to alex wireless as its really the only place near me. paid nearly 200 dollars, and as of a week ago the glass plate began lifting off of lcd panel. i had to buy my own lcd panel from AMAZON, replace it myself. took me no longer than 25 minutes (they took nearly an hour and a half) and it has worked better than the screen they put on my phone. mind you i paid what, $30 to get the new screen, the water proof adhesive, and all the tools needed. my... GREAT BUSINESS! I went by earlier today with my iphone 11 screen broken and Alex did an excellent job replacing it. It was repaired in about 20 minutes, making this a speedy experience. The pricing for the repair was reasonable and didn’t break the bank like most places. I also have to mention it was Alex’s off day but being him, he still fixed my phone!! Will be going back if ever in need of another repair!!

I took my son’s new iPad in for repair as he accidentally cracked the glass. The touch screen was ok and still working but I was worried about the glass getting worse and cutting his fingers. We waited 1 hour whilst he tried to fix the glass as he kept stopping to work on our device and work on others but finally he focuses on us and says he can’t fix it as he cracked the replacement glass by accident and he said that the other replacement screen he has did not fit the iPad and he would have to order a different screen and it would be shipped over night and I could pick it up the next evening.
