After purchasing a new desktop computer, Joel Hooper was so patient and helpful in resolving my issues with restoring settings and apps. He also suggested easier and faster steps in switching from programs to apps. He was a wizard!!! I am so thankful for his positive attitude during this otherwise frustrating time.
