Ravenswood Auto Center

Had a great experience with Ravenswood Auto Center. I towed my car in with a major oil leak and burning smell in the cabin. I spoke with Bob and later Chris where they diagnosed it the same day as a failed turbo oil feed line. Chris then explained the cause and scope of work for the repair. While it was there, I asked about replacing my drive belt since mine was pretty shot. They gave me a fair quote and added it to the repair without any upselling. The oil line wasn't available same day, but they overnighted it and had everything repaired by the end of the next day, so total turnaround was about two days. Communication was great the whole time. Left feeling relieved and happy. Honest mechanics are hard to find, and the service these guys provide is customer oriented!

My family and I continue to take our multiple family vehicles to Ravenswood whenever maintenance or repairs are needed. The work continues to be performed with the highest quality and best outcomes, AND with reasonable prices. Ravenswood staff continually performs all their work with the highest integrity, and team members won't recommend unnecessary services that aren't appropriate for a given vehicle. As I've previously stated in a prior review, the tech team members provide the experience and expertise necessary to take care of any repair or maintenance needed. In addition to the great tech team members, the front office team is superb. The office manager Bob is amazing, truly has an unsurpassed vehicle knowledge base, and will take unrushed time to explain what is going on with any vehicle. Chris and others on the front office team are also great!
