I had A O Handy come and inspect my basement walls and repair the tuck pointing on the block walls. The first contact was the John the Project Consultant. John came to the location on the date and time that was scheduled and followed up with a quote that same day. John even contacted me on the weekend to see if I had any questions. I did schedule the project, and the crew was here on time and did a great job re-tuck pointing the block walls. The project was for the inside only because of the weather, but Arthur was able to give me another quote to complete the outside work when the weather permitted. To my surprise, the weather cleared up and the entire job was completed with no issues and work was done ask described with no extra charges or issues. I will continue to use this company in the future for other projects.
