Also accommodating. Always professional . Always trustworthy as they once dinged the hood of my car accidentally and told me about it up front and handled the repair seamlessly. The Icing on the cake is that their costs are fair and reasonable compared to most other competitors. A winning formula in my eyes.
We had a flat that was patched awhile ago. The patch didn’t hold and on a Saturday we called because it was leaking. We were able to drop it off and they fixed the patch when they were already super busy. They have the best customer service. So helpful and nice. The team did such a great job and I know it was just a patch but it meant my wife getting to work and me not having to worry about leaving for a business trip wondering if I was going to have a car to drive while he was gone. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
My urgent repair was completed in such a timely manner. They offered a loaner car to me and the cost ended up being slightly lower than what they quoted. Mark and Sue are so friendly and welcoming. Overall just a great experience! Thank you, Lutter’s.
