My salon was saved by Devon! Seriously, Rapid agreed to come the next day to my frozen pipes in Grand Rapids and put me back in business by afternoon. Devon explained all that he could do and the very reasonable cost. It’s also a challenging job as my water shut off and source is in a pit in the ground (sidewalk)he also insulated some pipes to help in the future. I will definitely call Rapid again if need be.
Greg was great! He explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. Very professional and thorough with his work and cleaning afterwards. Overall great experience having him out here!!
The service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our water tank issue and explained the options going forward. We would have given 5 stars if we didn’t feel the quote for replacing the tank was excessive.
