Seth text back at 11:00 pm at night. I simply sent an inquiry for a quote in the morning. Never expected someone to respond. In the morning Amp Electric Heating and Air called right away to get us scheduled. With young kids and the uneasy feeling of no heat, it was amazing having a team that not only diagnosed, but sourced parts and repaired the unit the same day. Trustworthy, friendly & very knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend! I called in the morning to see if someone could come look at my furnace which wasn’t working. Kailana took my call and was so helpful and worked to get someone over asap. We even shared a few laughs, which was amazing in such a stressful time! Within 2 hours, i had a technical at my door! Tyler was amazing and informative! He thoroughly explained all of the issues (and potential future issues) and quickly was able to repair the unit to get it operational. And he also helped me understand next steps to replacing the unit in the future. I have worked with 2 other companies over the past 4 years and by far, Tyler was the best technician I have ever had the privilege of working with. I called AMP originally because I thought they were the last company I used last winter, but I Was mistaken. Fortunately for both of us, they will be my first choice when it comes to all my future furnace/hvac needs! Thank you so much!
