It’s a scam! Make the appointment 6-8 pm no problem. They again Change the appointment 3-5 no problem. They ask for $95 to come and check the oven door, ok no problem. Hinge need to be replaced for $408.00, ok no problem, payment $200, done no problem. 3-5 business days to get the part, ok no problem. Appointment 4-6 pm no problem. Tech came saying I am lucky because he found the part, ok thank you. Taking the oven apart and setting his tools on my counter scratching the surface and the oven door on the mat making it dirty, ok no problem. Tech saying part is wrong and coming back in 3-5 business days again , no apology is like my time means nothing and he wants to leave the oven arts on the floor till he comes back in 3-5 business days. I told him to install everything back the same it was. He was talking to him self and saying things that could really get him in trouble but because he was in my house I was controlling my frustration. Couple days later some one call me saying they get the part but is wrong and told me a story about the part went somewhere else and the tech finally get the correct part but is going ton be $100 more. So $508 for the hing. I think they are punch of thieves but very stupid ones. Anyway I am waiting for my refund minus $95 I will say one thing here and remember it. I will get my money back all of it plus! I attached the part the tech said it’s very difficult to find. I found it in a few minutes. Of course any scammer will defend and blame customer for their mistakes! By the way I found the part in a few seconds and I have never fixed any appliances before give it to the experts like scammers! Don’t worry more reports to Facebook/marketplace on its way! I have more photos and videos of the tech behaviour and how he set his tools on my counter top scratching the service despite I warned him several times. He was refusing to install everything back and when he did my oven bottom door is not closing properly and missing screws. I have to call my lawyer for that! If the part was difficult to find why you give me a price for the total cost $408.00). Why you told me I am luck because you found the part then after you removed my oven to replace the hing you found out the part is wrong. I am not going to deal with scammer like ASLAN but I’ll till you for sure I’ll do my best to report people and service like yours to the public and to better business bureau.
