Sure Lock & Key

Will not be using their services again. I had a simple bathroom lock that needed to be opened, nothing major. They said $29 for the service call but would refuse to give me a quote for actually opening the door until they saw it in person. I had even offered to send a picture which other local shops were fine with. All in I spent about $230 for a simple thing that took 10 minutes. Had they given me a quote upfront I would have gone to their competitor who quoted me $160 total for the service call and lockout.

Lost my car key for BMW 545 2011 Call the round no one was able to do it called this company. Great technician by the name of Daniel came out made me and you keep up with in 30 minutes for a good price for a great price. Amazing service highly recommend.

Super responsive, professional service. Do not hesitate to reach out to them! I had accidentally locked my keys in my car and in no time they were recovered. They kept me updated on when they would get to me and confirmed my location. Smooth and easy process!

Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I spent nearly 700 dollars for a replacement key fob for my Volkswagen and they didn’t even give me the correct key. They gave me this cheap plastic one that not only doesn’t have a key blade, but lacks some buttons and functions the original has. It took them over a week to get the job done, first it was supposed to be the next day, then the day after, and on and on until they eventually did the job.
