Quality Plus Automotive Service

I'm sure I've reviewed Quality Plus Automotive years ago, as I've been a customer of theirs since 2008, but it's time for a refresh. What I can say is that for the past 18 years they have been the only shop to service both of my cars, a Honda CRV that I bought new in 2007 and a Subaru Forester that I purchased in 2019. Other than for new car warranty and recall issues, I would choose Quality Plus over any dealership or independent shop in the area. They consistently do excellent work, which they back up with a warranty. They are a modern, clean facility that can handle electric vehicles as well, including renewing electric car batteries, which can be very expensive to replace at a dealership. So when I eventually go electric, this will be where I have the car serviced. I've mostly worked with Scott Burgess as my service advisor, who is outstanding. Prices are reasonable and the service is second to none. I've always been treated fairly there. If you are looking for an excellent repair facility you can trust, this is it.

I rarely go out of my way to post reviews but this business deserves it! They are amazing! I needed a full check up on my car and they helped me come up with a treatment plan so I’m not out thousands of dollars (yet) 🤣. Everyone was kind and courteous and professional. I felt like the prices were fair and the work done was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this group! They also had treats you could pick out for pet. And snacks and coffee and soda/water. My one heads up is that they don’t offer shuttle rides but it’s fine because they offer so much more! This was the first time I’ve scheduler here based on the reviews and now I’ll be going back for good. They really put an extra step forward in customer experience and in the quality car care!
