I highly recommend Pleasant Automotive for your car needs!! Ryan, and his team, were wonderful to work with and very accommodating to my situation. My trunk would not open and Honda dealership quoted me a lot of money just to look at my car. Ryan was able to do the labor and install parts for way less than I would have paid at the dealership. Aside from cost, I was able to get in next day and he fixed it within 2.5 hours. Cannot say enough great things about Pleasant Automotive and Ryan!!

Excellent, honest and high-quality work with friendly and communicative customer service. "Pleasant" Automotive is a very fitting name, as this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with car servicing! SO much better than the Meineke I used to go where they constantly upcharged or double charged me and I'd have to fight to correct it every single time. I could have my car in the shop for an entire week and never let me know anything about my car until I showed up in person. But you won't find any such headaches or worries at pleasant! They are highly communicative and informative to let you know everything going on with your car, and will give it to you straight and honest without trying to hustle or upcharge you. My new Tesla is my baby and I want to take the best care of it as I can. Pleasant Automotive is the only place I'll trust to take my car from now on! Best auto service in Wake County!

HIGHLY recommend this place! i read the 5 star reviews this place already had on google. i gave them a try, and i'm glad i did. now i'm writing my own 5 star review for them. i needed to get my car's heating checked out. ryan spent all day with my car and sent me constant updates as to what was going on. he ended up not finding anything wrong with my heat (huge relief), but at the same time he didn't TRY to find something wrong, or MAKE UP an issue just to try to charge me more money. he was extremely honest, fair, professional and friendly too. i have ZERO issues coming back here in the event my vehicle needs to be looked at again! TIP-this place works by appointment only. so if you're interested in getting your car looked at, you will need to establish an appointment first. they do have early bird service drop off available also.
