This store has some of the best customer service you will find. Always greeted with a smile and usually asked what I am looking for and directed to the aisle I need immediately. Often an associate or even the manager will walk me directly to the products and offer specific suggestions on options. While it is understandable for a store this size that the prices are slightly higher than the big box stores, the value you get in both stores eager help and convenience of quickly picking up what you need MORE than make up for any price difference. Other than lumber (again understandable) they always have what I need and often have some specialty items that the big box stores don’t have. In addition, the post office annex is also very convenient and continues the great customer service theme. It saves me from visiting the less happy and less efficient actual post office when I need to send out packages.
