This guy is an absolute legend. Called him about my ps5 turning off and overheating. Very honest about whether or not his service would work depending on how cooked my APU was. Dropped off my console and I got it back within a couple hours and it works perfectly fine. Very reasonable price too. Definitely will check in with him with any other tech issues.

My son found Jose online so I decided to give him a call about a ps5 my son was having problems with, it constantly kept turning off while playing. First off id like to say he is very honest and clear and is not just someone that will take your money. He’s very honest and clear with explaining everything, he let me know what it was he was going to do and that the service was about a 50/50 chance of it working. We took the chance and also very decent price. We dropped off game console to him and he had it ready with in 2hrs. He was very good at explaining what we should do moving forward so we don’t run into this issue again. So far it’s been 28hrs since the service was done and my sons been playing a lot and has had no problems at all since. Me and my husband were so happy with the service and communication and how fast and non expensive this was. Definitely recommend also my son is happy.

PS5 was turning off for a while on me constantly. Called Jose on a Saturday morning, and explained the problem to him. He was very clear letting me know that the procedure was about a 50/50 chance of it working. I decided to go through with it, and dropped it off within 30 minutes talking on the phone. Repair was done in an hour and 30 minutes, maybe even less. Great service, it’s been a few weeks since I got it repaired, and my PlayStation no longer turns off! Thank you so much. Definitely recommend QCQ Repair
