Kris and Jeff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Our new system was in and running in no time. Let the soft water flow. The cheaper unit that we purchased will go back to Menards in the next day or so, after I soak in soft water comfort. They are very knowledgeable in their expertise. They negotiate fairly and are very reasonable with prices considering the quality of product and service. My water heater, which was purchased elsewhere by a previous owner, was leaking all over my basement and they responded promptly and set me up with a new one that very day. They give clear explanation of products and how they work. They are very kind and professional. I will be contacting them for any water related issues or products in the future.
I called for a quote but was impressed with the fact that they showed up ready to work, so they installed my new softener and were in and out within a couple of hours. Thank you, Kris and Steve. I also opted to by the contract which includes maintenance and refill of my salt container. I can't wait to see the difference in my water!
